Service Engineer

We are seeking a Service Engineer to join our team. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for achieving agreed sales targets by developing, maintaining and managing new business within the company's mining product line throughout the region.

Key responsibilities include:

• Selling, marketing and promoting all the services and products offered by the company within the mining industry
• Demonstrating the benefits of the company's product line to customers, ensuring the proper selection and application of product through on-site visits at surface or underground mines
• Ensuring sales forecasts and budgets are achieved
• Managing existing and new accounts, ensuring a superior level of customer service and satisfaction
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the region and, in particular, customer needs and requirements
• Preparing documentation and submissions for Tenders, Expressions of Interest and Requests For Information
• Representing the company in industry events and tradeshows and collaborating with Marketing and other internal stakeholders to prepare for such events

Travel will be minimal overnight.
