Description
The internship will take place within Eurostar's Sustainability team, which is responsible for defining and implementing the Group's Sustainability strategy (carbon, circularity, certifications, reporting).
As a Sustainability Intern, you will support the team in data collection and analysis, reporting, and communication activities.
Reporting Support Support the team in collecting, structuring, and consolidating ESG data; preparing and submitting the EcoVadis questionnaire; verifying the consistency, quality, and validity of the documentation; contributing to the collection, verification, and formatting of ESG data for external publications; and preparing and formatting documents related to ESG indicators for various reports.
Internal Coordination Collaborate with different departments and assist in the collection of information; participate in and facilitate project management meetings with internal stakeholders; and prepare meeting minutes.
ESG Communication Support internal and external communication activities.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in one of the following fields: sustainability, environmental sciences, economics, or engineering.
- Autonomous and work with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills and pay close attention to detail.
- Well organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and collaborate easily with different stakeholders.
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
What We Are Looking For
- Strong interest in ESG/CSR topics and the sustainable mobility sector.
- Comfortable working with numbers, data analysis, and reporting activities.
- Previous experience is considered an asset but is not required.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and data analysis.
- Interest in reporting activities.
- Strong written communication skills in French and English.
Languages
- Fluent in French or English, with an excellent command of the other language.
