Description
Annapurna Labs, part of Amazon Web Services, is seeking a Nitro Core Software Engineer, CI/CD to join our team. You will design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated testing infrastructure for Nitro core software.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Develop and optimize continuous integration and delivery workflows using frameworks such as Jenkins and internal AWS CI/CD pipelines
- Ensure reliable and efficient build, test, and deployment processes
- Build, maintain, and improve automated testing pipelines using Jenkins, internal AWS CI/CD frameworks, and related DevOps tooling
- Enable fast, reliable, and repeatable test execution
- Develop test scripts, frameworks, and automation solutions for Nitro embedded systems
- Apply software testing methodologies to ensure quality at scale
- Perform systematic debugging, log analysis, and root cause investigation to resolve complex issues and improve system reliability
- Manage test environments, build configurations, and deployment automation using scripting and DevOps best practices
- Collaborate with Nitro core software teams, participate in code reviews, incident triage, and troubleshooting activities
This role offers hands-on experience in DevOps engineering and test infrastructure for embedded systems, allowing you to apply academic knowledge to practical, production-scale projects.

Basic Qualifications
- Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Computer Science student
- Hands-on coding experience with Python (primary) and familiarity with Groovy
- Experience with Linux environments (command line, shell scripting, system administration basics)
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, pipelines, build automation)
- Available for 2.5 to 3 work days per week
Preferred Qualifications
- Team player, excellent at multitasking and self-learning
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and methodologies (unit testing, integration testing, regression testing)
