You'll work directly with leadership to shape the company's direction in the AI market.
About the Role
As a Member of Technical Staff, AI Platform Engineer, you will work on building new AI features that enhance copilot. You will build secure and performant AI Platform services that power Copilot. You will work collaboratively with other AI Researchers, Platform, infrastructure, application engineers to build next generation AI products and services. You will ship high-quality, well-tested, secure, and maintainable code. You will find a path to get things done despite roadblocks to get your work into the hands of users quickly and iteratively. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced, design-driven, product development cycle.

The Candidate we're looking for
Experience:
- 4+ years technical engineering experience building customer-facing applications/products with coding in languages including, but not limited to C#, Python, Java, Golang.
Technical skills:
- Experience leveraging generative AI technologies to develop innovative and user-focused product features.
- 4+ years’ experience building APIs and creating pipelines for large-scale products.
- 4+ years’ experience building scalable services on top of public cloud infrastructure like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Personal attributes:
- Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web development and AI.
Benefits
- Software Engineering IC4 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 – $234,700 per year.
- Software Engineering IC5 – The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year.
