Description
As a Manager Plant Maintenance Solutions, you will be responsible for projects and support for SAP Plant Maintenance. You will configure and optimise SAP PM to support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes. You will develop concepts for standardised maintenance processes, including notifications, orders, planning, confirmations, and maintenance plans/task lists.
Your key responsibilities will include translating business requirements into system designs and functional specifications, acting as a contact person for key users in maintenance/engineering, rolling out global template solutions to other subsidiaries, and supporting new process designs within the S/4HANA (T2G) program, including Fiori apps and relevant simplification items.
You will perform/support customising, testing, training, and go-live support, define and coordinate test data and user acceptance, support data migration for PM master data and transactional records, create and maintain process & configuration documentation and training materials, and work with external consultants/developers/AMS partners and drive continuous improvement and system optimisation.
You will ensure integration with adjacent SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO, QM) and external systems where applicable.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently and in cross-functional teams, and to contribute to the development of global template solutions and multi-country implementations.
As a Manager Plant Maintenance Solutions, you will be responsible for projects and support for SAP Plant Maintenance, and will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of maintenance processes and procedures.
Key qualifications for this role include successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent, deep expertise in SAP PM, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes, experience with S/4HANA PM processes, Fiori apps, and simplification items, and ability to translate business requirements into system designs and functional specifications.
Additionally, you should have hands-on experience with customising, testing, training, and go-live support, experience creating documentation: process flows, configuration docs, training materials, knowledge of data migration for PM master data and transactional records, and ability to analyse existing maintenance processes and recommend optimisation/improvements.
Experience in global template rollouts and multi-country implementations is a plus, as is strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
You should be business fluent in English and German, and have a certain willingness to travel internationally.
