Description
You will be working as a Staff Engineer in the GUI Development team in Chengdu, responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for RedHawk-SC using Web (React, Vue.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and Qt (C++/Python) technologies.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with managers, technical leads, and other engineers to define and implement new capabilities, ensuring alignment with project goals and customer needs. You will deliver medium-sized projects independently, from requirements gathering through to implementation and validation. Additionally, you will diagnose and fix code issues, ensuring efficient, scalable, maintainable, and robust solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with at least 5 years of experience, or Master's degree with 3 years of relevant experience. You should have strong experience in modern Web development (React, Vue.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS) and/or Qt (C++/Python), solid programming background with deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and debugging techniques, and demonstrated ability to learn quickly and understand complex systems.
