Description
We're looking for a Sales Engineer to be the go-to technical partner for our customers. As a Sales Engineer, you'll work side-by-side with Sales and Onboarding to scope out the right solutions, showcase what our platform can do, and make sure everything runs smoothly once clients are ready to go live.
Your main responsibilities will include serving as the primary technical expert during the sales cycle, partnering closely with Sales to design, explain, and validate client integrations. You'll lead discovery conversations to understand client integration preferences, including client-side pixels, server-to-server postbacks, and custom reporting needs. You'll recommend measurement and attribution solutions tailored to each client's business goals and technical environment.
You'll troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues related to data flow, event firing, attribution, and reporting accuracy. You'll translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly explanations to build trust and drive deal confidence. You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay client needs and integration feedback.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to stay current on ad tech, programmatic advertising, privacy changes, and measurement best practices to inform solutions and recommendations. You'll document best practices, integration patterns, and technical solutions for internal teams and clients. You'll leverage AI tools to improve day-to-day efficiency across technical discovery, research, documentation, and internal knowledge sharing.
