Description
We're hiring a Software Engineer to build the surfaces external developers use to integrate with OpenRouter , our API, SDKs, docs, CLI, and other tools. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience building external-facing developer products, strong API and SDK design instincts, and expertise in TypeScript.
Key responsibilities include owning and evolving our public REST API, building and maintaining client SDKs, shipping our Agent SDK, and treating documentation as a product. The successful candidate will collaborate with our DevRel, Product, and Platform teams to identify gaps in the developer ecosystem and run with them end to end.
We offer a competitive salary range of $215,000 to $285,000 plus benefits & equity, and a chance to work with a leading AI routing and infrastructure layer.
