The Role
Support agile transformation engagements at team and portfolio levels Undertake Agile coaching engagements, including Agile at Scale methodologies such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) Undertake agile delivery engagements in the form of Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer or Product Owner Support Lean Portfolio Management engagement Assume ownership for client deliverables to ensure that engagement deliverables and outcomes are realized in a timely manner Play an advisory role to client leaders in industry sectors, and support other consultants within the WX practice Contribute to WX thought leadership, intellectual property and methods/tools.
Requirements
We are looking for Agile transformation and delivery professionals with previous consulting, industry or contracting experience. 2+ years of Agile delivery and coaching experience Experienced and expertise in Agile, Scaled Agile and Product Management Holds a recognised Agile qualification or certification (e.g. PSM; SAFe Scrum Master) Experience of successful delivery via a recognised agile methodology Proven record of coaching and influencing at team level
