Principal Workday Engineer, CorporateOS

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology.

The Business Systems team is responsible for building and optimizing the many systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission.

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Solutions Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and driving adoption of our people systems' capabilities to ensure Anduril is successful for the near and long term.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions that meet the business requirements of the organization
• Collaborate with business partners across People, Finance, and Legal to understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Analyze current systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make improvements
• Lead the development and implementation of system-centric projects, including defining project scope, requirements, timelines, and budgets
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers to integrate systems and solutions into the company's infrastructure
• Work with internal software development teams to build out custom solutions if needed
• Provide guidance and support to the stakeholder teams on system and process best practices

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies
• Experience as a sole administrator
• Proven track record of leading complex system-centric projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• U.S. Person status is required
• Ability to be in-office full time and willingness to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in high-security or defense industry environments
• Exposure to ERP and HCM platforms
