We are looking for an FBS Infrastructure Service Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, supporting overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments, and collaborating with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
- Support overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments.
- Collaborate with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance.
- Organize Disaster Recovery Tests while also creating and maintaining DR documentation.
- Work alongside internal testers, auditors, and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance.
- Assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience within IT with preference of Infrastructure, operations, audit, or compliance experience.
- General understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks.
- Familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Data Visualization and Power App experience a plus.
