Description

As an IT Security & Compliance Analyst, you will combine technical expertise with regulatory precision to enable user-centric and secure financial products. You will connect local expertise with global standards and processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance to national and international product teams on global control guidelines and information security topics.
  • Support IT aspects of regulatory measures and audits, and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Develop and present decision-making documents for committees on IT security and compliance topics (e.g. S-Ox, CIA analyses).
  • Manage DORA incident management, including incident classification and reporting to the BaFin.
  • Maintain IT asset repositories, identify high-value assets, and oversee central IT control tasks.
  • Work closely with the CISO and represent the IT department in local and global meetings.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop KPIs/KRIs and reports, and optimize transparency in the area of IT governance.
  • Bring your ideas to develop security-focused solutions.
  • Have experience in IT project management (agile or waterfall) and enjoy supporting project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Completed studies, preferably with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
  • Practical experience in the areas of IT security and compliance, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT asset management, component assessment, APIs, application lifecycle management (ALM), and business continuity.
  • Good knowledge of DORA requirements and experience with BAIT and S-Ox.
  • Experience in IT project management (agile or waterfall) and a solid understanding of IT architectures.
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience in defining and controlling KPIs/KRIs.
  • First leadership experience is an advantage. You communicate clearly, convincingly, and enjoy working in global, multicultural teams.
  • Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking are essential.
