As an FBS Infrastructure Service Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, supporting overall governance functions across Farmers' managed Cloud environments, and collaborating with other towers within Cloud Transformation to ensure compliance. You will also organize Disaster Recovery Tests, create and maintain DR documentation, and work alongside internal testers, auditors, and external parties in support of Audit and Compliance. Additionally, you will assist with remediation efforts for non-compliant infrastructure requirements and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
We are looking for a candidate with 3+ years of experience within IT, preferably in Infrastructure, operations, audit, or compliance. You should have a general understanding of Cybersecurity Frameworks, familiarity with Disaster Recovery concepts, and excellent project management and organizational skills. Data Visualization and Power App experience is a plus.
