Country Marketing Specialist - AlphaTauri

We are seeking a Country Marketing Specialist to lead the strategic and operational positioning and growth of AlphaTauri as a premium fashion brand in Austria and selected international markets.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading local marketing activations, events, partnerships, and collection launches
• Supporting Sales and B2B initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and commercial opportunities
• Managing partnerships and ensuring consistent brand implementation
• Developing key relationships and overseeing product seeding to athletes, artists, and the AlphaTauri ambassador network
• Implementing the AlphaTauri brand strategy across relevant markets
• Identifying and developing marketing opportunities to support commercial objectives
• Planning and executing B2B activations and coordinating showroom activities
• Contributing to the development of relevant retail and partner activations
• Acting as a key interface between AlphaTauri and relevant Red Bull organisations and partners
• Identifying, evaluating, and activating synergies with Red Bull assets
• Maintaining relevant partner relationships and leveraging existing partnerships
• Taking ownership of relevant marketing budgets and ensuring effective planning, allocation, tracking, and reporting
• Contributing to the annual business planning process and aligning relevant budgets, activations, and integration opportunities with internal and external stakeholders
• Coordinating cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and reporting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, communications, fashion, lifestyle, or a comparable field
• Bachelor's or master's degree in a related discipline
• Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Proven experience planning and executing marketing activations, events, and projects
• Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and brand-building principles
• Commercial mindset and understanding of the connection between marketing and sales
• Confident communicator with strong presentation, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach

Salary: The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €2,334 gross per month.
