Description
We are seeking a Culture Marketing Manager to join our team in Vienna. As part of the marketing team, you will work closely with various departments to develop unique stories and initiatives that resonate with our target audience.
Your main focus will be on implementing and further developing existing concepts in the music and dance areas, as well as creating new initiatives that align with our global marketing strategy. You will collaborate with Austrian creatives to generate new ideas for events and content, and ensure that Red Bull is credibly integrated into external partnerships and events.
Key responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and implement culture events in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead project teams and manage service providers
- Develop strategic partnerships with the Red Bull Media Network
- Expand Red Bull's culture network in the music and dance scenes
- Manage artist and dancer relationships
- Provide creative and administrative support in business planning
- Oversee budget and project management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in project management for creative and music projects
- Extensive experience working with creatives, agencies, live production, event dramaturgy, and consumer experience
- Existing network in the Austrian creative and music scene
- Strong team lead and teamwork skills
- Experience in artist booking, negotiation, contracts, and rights clearance
- Travel readiness: 30-40%
