Description
A Subject Matter Expert/Agile Dev Team Member who provides expertise in requirements gathering, analyzing, and designing Farmers Personal Lines Insurance Applications; Recognizes customer's business processes and products to enhance application functionality; Validates technical designs to meet business needs; Performs impact analysis of application changes across various components, holding end-to-end view of the system; Performs quality checks on project deliverables to ensure Business requirements are met; Validates systems are architecturally sound, code component quality is adequate; Estimates effort and cost for new functionalities; Recommends integration and testing criteria; Assists in implementation and troubleshooting system issues.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile Methodology, Subject Matter Expertise, Application Support, Quality Engineering, and Application Development Tools. They should also have experience with Guidewire Policy Center or similar policy processing products, Java, JavaScript, Webservice integration/restful services (API), and SQL.
