You will present the secrets of beauty and artistry curated over years of industry expertise, driving sales and elevating customer service to new heights.

• Promote the Charlotte Tilbury brand and ensure a magical shopping experience for customers

• Meet and exceed sales goals through knowledgeable product demonstrations

• Create brand awareness and drive customer engagement

• Deliver the 'Tilbury Touch' to every customer interaction

• Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service

• Contribute positively to a cohesive and inspiring team environment

• Maintain a visually appealing and organized counter/gondola

• Ensure all areas are clean and customer-ready at all times

• Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising

• Support the execution of promotional events and activities

Requirements:

• Beauty retail experience is required
