Assistant Counter Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Counter Manager to join our team in Amsterdam. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of visual merchandising standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the financial performance of the counter, ensuring targets are met and exceeded
• Support the Business Manager in setting individual and team sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists to achieve sales goals
• Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit, expertise in retail, and enthusiasm for the brand's results
• Provide excellent customer service, creating a seamless shopping experience for customers
• Coach and provide feedback to team members to ensure they meet the standards of Charlotte Tilbury in terms of service and craftsmanship
• Use every opportunity to ensure exceptional customer service extends beyond the counter and build the customer database for direct marketing
• Implement individual and team development plans, holding regular reviews to encourage feedback and coaching in both directions
• Create a positive and collaborative team atmosphere through team meetings and a collaborative management style, recognizing and rewarding performances when necessary
• Show a clear understanding of business by proposing plans, events, and other activities to achieve commercial successes
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, clean countertops, and hygiene standards
• Guarantee perfect standards for external care and inspire the team to be their best version and feel it

Requirements:

• Experience in retail management
• Passion for the beauty industry
• Commercial acumen
• Experience in managing people
• Experience in strategic planning
• Dutch language skills at B2 level
