Description
As a Freelance Brand Expert for Charlotte Tilbury, you will be part of the company's team promoting and creating makeup magic in store. You will represent the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury, working as part of an elite team to drive business in store through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service.
Your main duties will include:
- Achieving sales targets through the creation of an amazing experience and exemplary service
- Creating brand awareness through the sharing and demonstration of your product knowledge
- Demonstrating entrepreneurial spirit within the parameters of the company guidelines
- Leading by example at all times to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service
- Assisting and maintaining an atmosphere of open and positive communication, professionalism and creativity at all times
You will also be responsible for ensuring the counter/gondola is 'customer ready' from open to close of business, maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards, and assisting with maintaining the required inventory levels.
This role requires strong artistry, sales and service talents, as well as experience in beauty and retail. You will need to be sales driven and have a passion for Charlotte Tilbury to deliver her philosophy of artistry made easy along with unique and personalized shopping experiences.
