Spa Therapist, Central London, Covent Garden

We are seeking enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences to join the Lush Spa in Covent Garden, London.

The successful candidate will complete a 4-week onboarding at their assigned spa location, followed by a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Lush Spa treatments following set routines and standards
• Represent the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Look after clients' experiences, ensuring their journey runs smoothly
• Support the day-to-day running of the spa
• Book and upsell treatments using our booking system
• Maintain high standards in the spa, including cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
• Be responsible for your own wellbeing using available tools
• Keep product and treatment knowledge up to date
• Support stock control

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, including full-body massage and facials
• Practical work experience in a similar role and location performing body massages and facials is preferable
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics, and products
