The Indiana Organization for Nursing Leadership (IONL) is seeking committee chairs to lead various initiatives. Multiple roles are available:
Education Committee
We are looking for an Education Committee Co-Chair. Angela Shick, MBA, MSN, RN, CPHQ, CENP, CNML, serves as the current co-chair. She is the Director of Quality & Risk/Patient Safety Officer at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes, IN.
License Plate Committee
Christine Hepler, MSN, RN, CENP, FAB, is the License Plate Committee Chair. She serves as VP of Patient & Transitional Care at Parkview Health.
ByLaws Committee
Linda Webb, MBA, BSN, RN, NEA-BC, leads the ByLaws Sub-Committee (Governance) as the Chief Nursing Officer at Pulaski Memorial Hospital in Winamac, IN.
Finance Committee
Lisa Imlay, MSN, RN, is the Finance Committee Chair. She works as the Chief Quality Officer at Hendricks Regional Health in Seymour, IN.
Scholarship Committee
Tia Bell, DNP, RN-BC, CNE, chairs the Scholarship Committee as the Dean of the Leighton School of Nursing at Marian University in Indianapolis, IN.
Nominating Committee
Jill Buttry, RN, MSN, CNS, leads the Nominating Committee as the Director of Support Services at Deaconess Hospital, Inc. in Boonville, IN.
Legislative Committee
Stayce Woodburn, DNP, RN, PNP-BC, NE-BC, heads the Legislative Committee as the Associate Chief Nursing Officer/Advanced Practice Officer at Indiana University Health Physicians.
Membership Committee
A chair is needed for the Membership Committee.
Governance Committee
Rachel Culpepper, DNP, RN, CENP, NE-BC, chairs the Governance Committee as the General Medicine Service Line Director at IU Health West Hospital in North Salem, IN.
