Hair Cutting Specialist

As a Hair Cutting Specialist in our Hairlab department, you'll be part of a team that values diversity and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold a minimum SVQ/NVQ Level 2 in Hairdressing or equivalent experience
• Have at least 2 years of experience with running a column, or be able to demonstrate why you should be considered
• Possess exceptional customer service skills, including careful communication and consultations
• Be organised and punctual, with a professional and client-focused approach
• Be open-minded to receiving further training in the Lush HairLab way

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Learn and provide Lush HairLab services, including consultation, product choices, hair washing, cutting, and styling
• Collaborate with clients to carve out their true hair identity
• Educate clients on how to create the style and effect at home
• Contribute to and maintain a supportive working environment
• Maintain standards of personal and workspace presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene
