Executive Producer

We are looking for an Executive Producer to join Translation!

As an Executive Producer, you will produce great work, serve as the production lead for a major account, and oversee all aspects of the production process.

Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality work on time and on budget
• Serve as production lead for a major account, owning the vision, quality, and health of the work
• Manage and mentor producers working on your account
• Develop good working relationships with account leads, clients, and third-party vendors
• Set up processes to ensure smooth production on your accounts
• Attend shoots and post-sessions to ensure high-quality creative output
• Follow financial and job wrap policies of the production department, client, and agency
• Seek opportunities for underrepresented creators

Requirements:

• 10+ years of production experience at a creative-driven company
• Experience running accounts and/or managing key pieces of business through large campaign work
• Ability to work under pressure with flexibility, agility, and a good sense of humor
• Superb problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Portfolio of work showing large and small budget productions
• Experience as a production lead on pharma business
• Experience working with celebrities, athletes, musicians, influencers, etc.
• Experience with union and non-union crew productions
• Passion and knowledge of latest industry trends

Salary Hiring Range: $156,000-$184,000
