Description

We are seeking a customer-obsessed expert to join our team as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager. As a trusted advisor and subject matter expert, you will guide our most complex enterprise customers on best practices for implementation and AI-powered workflow transformation. Our platform supports both internal and external collaboration, enhanced by a robust workflow engine and advanced AI engine that makes workflow analysis more efficient and facilitates human natural language interactions.

You will own the entire customer lifecycle , from onboarding and training through adoption, expansion, and measurable value realization. You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Services teams to drive high adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will identify new opportunities for use case expansion, influence key stakeholders, and foster customer advocacy.
