  • Drive continuous improvement in material handling and logistics processes
  • Manage communication across procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams
  • Evaluate and coordinate with 3PL providers for efficient transportation solutions

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in material control, logistics, or supply chain (3+ years, preferably in manufacturing) and supplier management
  • 5+ years experience inventory management systems, ERP tools (e.g., SAP/Oracle), and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Even better, you may have:

  • Continuous improvement background (Lean Six Sigma or similar)
  • Leadership potential to guide teams or manage external partners
  • Familiarity with global logistics and transportation regulations, import and export operations
