Technical Program Manager, Bridge

Job Description

We're creating an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement. Bridge enables faster, cheaper payments and borderless access to dollars via stablecoins. Through our APIs, businesses can send and receive funds across borders faster and cheaper vs. SWIFT and other fiat-only rails.

About the Team

Join our Technical Program Management team to build the systems that make global, programmable money trustworthy at scale. As a TPM, you'll play a key role leading complex programs across multiple engineering, product, and cross-functional teams spanning Bridge.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional and technical delivery of key team and org-wide programs and initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design, scope, and shepherd features.
• Create functional specs, project and release plans, and roadmaps.
• Own and execute one or more software engineering programs simultaneously.
• Drive product decisions that align with program and company objectives
• Influence senior stakeholders and build consensus across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams
• Define and scale program processes and frameworks that can be adopted across the org
• Mentor TPMs and contribute to building the TPM discipline at Bridge

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in technical program or product management, with a consistent track record of shipping products with broad and global customer impact
• You have a track record of providing solid program management during all phases of software development from kick-off to ship, demonstrating critical thinking and thought leadership throughout.
• You're not satisfied with just delivering programs on time,you're discerning about product and infrastructure architecture and can lead technical discussions.
• You operate independently and lead efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams
