Description
We are looking for an Application Engineer Product Management - Performance Greases Europe (m/w/d) to join our team in Mannheim.
As a central interface between customers, sales, R&D, and production, you will ensure a smooth flow of information. You will accompany development projects with national and international customers - from the initial idea to market launch. You will support our sales channels and European country companies in introducing new products and manage our product portfolio throughout the entire product life cycle. You will develop tailored technical solutions for complex requirements and steer resulting grease projects in a goal-oriented manner. You will be responsible for complete product documentation and pass on your expertise in product training to internal and external contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Technology, Chemical Engineering, or equivalent field
- Several years of professional experience and convincing through structured, solution-oriented, and communicative working methods
- Combine technical understanding with entrepreneurial thinking and have a well-developed sense of customer requirements
- Very good English skills in writing and speaking
- Move confidently in an international environment and work happily in intercultural teams and projects
- Willingness to travel within the scope of your activities
- Ideally, knowledge of quality standards, audits, and corresponding documentation, as well as affinity for greases
