Stagiaire Demand Planner

In a dynamic industrial environment, we are seeking a stagiaire Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team.

As a Demand Planner, you will be trained to actively participate in the management and optimisation of supply chain flows, with a key role in ensuring the reliability of forecasts and product availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales forecasts and consumption histories to inform demand planning decisions.
• Participate in the development and updating of demand forecasts.
• Prepare the supply plan.

Data Management & Tools (SAP / GIB DCF):

• Extract monthly SAP data required for the process.
• Update article databases in the GIB DCF tool (create article nodes & depots).
• Update switch data (previous / successor articles).
• Import historical corrections (breaks, temporary replacements) to feed chronological series.
• Inject corrections from Commerce and Product teams' hypotheses into GIB DCF.
• Challenge the proposed forecast model by the tool and adapt if necessary.

Analysis & Performance:

• Calculate monthly performance indicators (MAPE, Bias).
• Analyse the most impactful discrepancies between forecasts and actuals.
• Establish and maintain a record of breaks to improve data reliability.
• Prepare the monthly Industrial Opportunities file.

Continuous Improvement & Coordination:

• Be a driving force for improving planning and supply chain processes.
• Participate in structuring data and stabilising tools.
• Collaborate with commercial, logistics, and production teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, data analysis).
• Familiarity with an ERP system (ideally SAP).
• Professional-level English.
