Ford Energy is seeking an Operational Management Lead to join our team in Glendale, KY. As an Operational Management Lead, you will be responsible for leading the operational management of our manufacturing and design processes, including completing manufacturing and design for manufacturing feasibility assessments, leading process to complete cost studies, and managing and coordinating customer care related visits.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, with 5+ years of manufacturing, product, or program management experience. A Master's Degree in Engineering is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communications skills are required, as well as the ability to interact and communicate with all levels of leadership and across organizations.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, you will also need to be able to lead, mentor, coach, counsel, recognize, and motivate employees, as necessary. You will also be responsible for performing supervisory duties, including objectives, partnership discussions, check-ins, performance reviews, travel requests, timecard approvals, and compensation planning.
