Primary Care Sales Consultant - Detroit / Ann Arbor

As a Primary Care Sales Consultant, you will implement sales strategies for approved Cardiorenal products and drive launch activities for an anticipated menopause product launch.

Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Building professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff
• Driving demand and sales by developing and implementing strategic business plans
• Providing clinical education and insights to internal stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Market Access, and Patient Services
• Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans
• Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists
• Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment promoting ethical behavior and compliance
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred qualifications include:

• Advanced degree
• Pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience
• Knowledge of cardiovascular, diabetes, and/or menopause disease states
• Product launch experience
• Strong analytical and computer capabilities

The salary range for this role is $120,960 to $181,440 per year, with additional compensation possible through bonuses or commissions. Benefits include healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
