The Operations Associate II role is responsible for executing daily operations and partnering with internal groups to design, run and oversee North America's Plant Breeding research and development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe and timely delivery of quality supplies based on production schedules while maintaining efficient operations that support site Key Metrics.
- Organise and execute research protocols and operational plans for day-to-day priorities.
- Support implementation of innovative technology solutions and new tools and methodologies.
- Operate research equipment, manage data, and comply with regulated seed stewardship standards.
- Organise and execute site priorities, train team members, and influence across the organisation.
- Be accountable for business unit or project results through leadership and coordination.
- Engage with site leadership to align on future state and contribute to community outreach activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Business, or Engineering.
- 3+ years of work-related experience in agriculture, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Strong digital acumen, communication skills, and interpersonal capabilities.
- Result-oriented mindset with ability to make effective decisions.
- Demonstrated success in fostering a site culture dedicated to environmental SSHE, regulatory compliance, and quality performance.
Benefits:
- Salary between $61,680.00 - $92,520.00
- Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission
