Description
We are seeking an HR Adviser to join our team at our location in Kruiningen. As an HR Adviser, you will be the first point of contact for our leaders and colleagues on daily HR-related matters. You will help leaders, teams, and colleagues develop further, initiate improvements on HR-related issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly around recruitment, development, and outplacement.
Your day will be dynamic and people-focused – no two days are the same. You might spend one morning discussing a team member's development plan with a supervisor, later have a candidate interview, and then discuss project progress with the HR Manager. You will be visible, involved, and directly contribute to your colleagues' work satisfaction.
As an HR Adviser, you will:
- Be the first point of contact for our leaders and colleagues on daily HR-related matters, such as applying the Collective Labour Agreement, legislation, absence, conversations, and reporting.
- Help leaders, teams, and colleagues develop further, initiate improvements on HR-related issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly around recruitment, development, and outplacement.
- Work with our recruiter to streamline the recruitment process: the recruiter will find candidates, you will arrange and conduct interviews on-site, and handle salary proposals.
- Take the lead in implementing various HR processes, such as the annual development cycle and employee satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with HR teams from other locations on projects that advance our organization.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed HBO degree in Human Resource Management.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a broad HR advisory role, preferably within a production or operational environment.
- Experience advising leaders on a tactical and operational level.
- You will be able to easily make contact and are energetic, decisive, and results-driven, always seeing opportunities and possibilities, and thinking in the best interest of the organization.
- A proactive and independent working attitude, combined with strong teamwork skills.
