Description
Anduril Industries is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to join its team in Fort Collins, CO.
In this role, you will drive the sourcing, supplier development, and material availability for production components that keep radar and sensor manufacturing lines running. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functionally across engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct supplier selection for production components to support radar/sensor manufacturing lines.
- Partner with suppliers and internal engineering to qualify components and resolve supply issues.
- Support development and consolidation of the manufacturing bill of materials (BOM) with Quality and Manufacturing.
- Own part availability and material planning in the ERP/MRP system.
- Contribute to BOM risk assessments and identify alternate components to de-risk supply.
- Drive component and supplier rationalization to reduce complexity and improve commonality.
- Track supplier performance and support cost-awareness efforts.
- Establish and improve sourcing policies, standards, and processes for the production line.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or a related manufacturing role.
- Hands-on experience working in an ERP/MRP system.
- Demonstrated supplier management, negotiation, and problem-solving ability.
- Procurement of custom parts and supplier management experience.
- Broad experience across commodities, including the PCBA space.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a bias toward speed and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing electronics and/or mechanical components.
- Familiarity with BOM development and component qualification.
- Exposure to value/procurement engineering and total-cost-of-ownership (TCO) work.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma principles.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
Salary Range: $86,000-$112,000 USD
