In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and leading a team of multiple GSRs in Mexico. Your direct manager will be located in the US.
Your primary objective will be to create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC) that will support the existing dedicated Basis and SnC teams. You will lead this team consisting of 8 GSRs in Mexico.
You will be tasked with streamlining & documenting processes across the various dedicated teams to enhance the efficiency of your Shared Service team and alleviate the workload of the existing teams. You will work closely together with all the other LL6s across the globe since this will be a high collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead a team of multiple GSRs in Mexico
- Create a new Shared Service for SAP Basis and Security & Controls (SnC)
- Streamline & document processes across dedicated teams
- Work collaboratively with global teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in SAP Basis and Security & Controls
- Strong technical skills in SAP Basis administration and Security & Controls
- Excellent leadership, project management, and process management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
