Material Fulfillment Analyst

We are seeking a Material Fulfillment Analyst to manage parts and materials for production at our facility in Rayong, Thailand. The successful candidate will ensure that parts from suppliers arrive on-time and in the right quantities to support the production build schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Understand database management and digitalization to eliminate manual processes and create a single source of truth
• Manage raw data and transform it into actionable operational improvements
• Monitor and ensure stock levels in the system can secure production and requirements
• Monitor and ensure inventory stock in the system is accurate
• Divert material movement to support production when unusual situations occur
• Coordinate with plant CFT teams to control material stock, usage, and expiration dates
• Work with engineering to get final cumulative and new parts supportability from suppliers
• Claim supplier shipments with incorrect quantities or parts
• Ensure timely delivery of parts and investigate routes with the RTM team
• Check and provide feedback on supplier ASNs and invoices
• Coordinate with local suppliers to deliver correct parts and quantities on time
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Automotive MP&L Department
• Excellent English proficiency in speaking and writing
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python)
• Leadership, logical thinking, presentation, high accountability, positive thinking, stress management, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a night shift
