Your role in this journey

As a customer service representative, you will support hosts with managing their properties on various channels, including booking.com and airbnb. You will also help guests manage their bookings efficiently via phone, email, and Whatsapp. Additionally, you will communicate with our partners, such as booking.com and airbnb, to solve problems in the booking process. You will be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to help improve the Holidu product every day. You will play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction. You will cooperate intensively with Product, Sales, and Account Management for developing guest/homeowner experience.

Your backpack is filled with

  • Near-native German and good English skills. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
  • Friendly, team-work oriented personality and strong communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with great problem-solving skills.
  • First experiences in customer service or in the hotel industry are a plus.
  • Willingness to work on weekends (with balance days during the week or additional holidays).
  • Ambitious, humble, and eager to learn.
