Description
As a Rooms Division Attendant with Princess Cruises, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our onboard facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Your primary responsibility will be to exceed Rooms Division targets, reduce friction points, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications to maximize the guest and teammate experience. You will take ownership of product delivery and apply the Service Excellence philosophy.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will be expected to maintain the company's standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance in accordance with HESS protocols. This includes preparing and maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming public area, anticipating guest needs and reporting maintenance issues. You will also be responsible for setting up locations for activities, official inspections, and special events, and for responsibly using consumable items, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be knowledgeable about product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively in English and have a strong understanding of the foundation of guest service. You will be expected to deliver outstanding service to our guests, surprise and delight them throughout their cruise experience, and establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
