**What's the Opportunity?

As a Senior Product Manager at Fin, you will be responsible for managing the roadmap, capturing work from various inputs, understanding and prioritizing this work, and collaborating with your team to imagine future solutions that solve customer problems.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the roadmap and prioritize work to ensure the team is working on the most impactful projects

• Deeply understand customer problems through research and regular interaction with customers

• Collaborate with the team to imagine future solutions that solve customer problems

• Scope solutions to their smallest coherent state to ship to customers as early as possible

• Evaluate solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures, both in beta and after full release

• Own and maintain the quality of product areas your team is responsible for

• Deliver world-class software in every release

• Motivate a group of committed, smart people to do the best work of their careers

**Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping impactful products

• Experience collaborating with multiple teams and juggling several projects at once

• Strong track record of effectively collaborating with design and passion for end-user experience

• Demonstrable experience of leading a team

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate product decisions and rationale

• Ability to work with both qualitative customer insights and quantitative customer data to inform decisions
