Production Team Leader – Early Career Program

We are seeking engineering graduates to join our Early Career Program as a Production Team Leader. You will work directly in production and learn to lead and support production teams, coordinate daily shopfloor activities, ensure safety and quality standards, monitor production performance and KPIs, solve day-to-day operational issues, and cooperate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams.

The primary objective of the role is to develop you as a future leader or expert through a tailored career program consisting of three different roles, each lasting 18-24 months.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production teams
• Coordinate daily shopfloor activities
• Ensure safety and quality standards
• Monitor production performance and KPIs
• Solve day-to-day operational issues
• Cooperate with maintenance, quality, logistics, and engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Automotive, or similar)
• Some experience (internship, first job) in a manufacturing environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Passion and adaptability
• English and Italian proficiency
• Mobility within Italy or EU in future advantageous
