Production Associate

We offer competitive pay commensurate with experience, ranging from $19 to $21 per hour.

As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in preparing customer orders for shipment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing customer orders for shipment
• Reading and comprehending manufacturing orders and customer instructions to determine required equipment, products, and components
• Filling, labeling, and packaging products according to packaging specifications and quality standards
• Maintaining communication with coworkers and departmental managers
• Assisting and supporting team members
• Conducting yourself in accordance with company core values
• Attending all required company training sessions

To qualify for this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic reading, writing, and computer skills
• Analytical and mathematical skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand/walk/sit for eight hours
• Ability to push, pull, and move raw material containers and production equipment
