Description
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development and product lifecycle management of our Point of Sale (POS) and Trade Marketing Materials. This role involves managing the end-to-end development of physical marketing materials, such as bars, tents, and DJ desks, that showcase and sell our products while enhancing brand visibility.
As part of the Global Visibility Items (VISIT) Procurement Product Development team, you will work closely with internal global teams and international suppliers to ensure that all products meet our internal requirements, compliance standards, quality, and sustainability expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the entire product development process, from project briefing to final decision-making
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
- Develop and manage product launch plans, product documentation, and product master data
- Conduct market analysis, competitive sourcing exercises, and identify new supply markets and technologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives and reduce product carbon footprint
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product development or product management, preferably in the POS product environment
- Excellent communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
- Strong procurement skills with basic contract management knowledge
- Experience in project and process management, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Knowledge of sustainable materials, sustainable product development, or sustainability in design
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with SAP is desirable
