We're looking for a skilled Packaging Operator to join our team at our Oosterbierum plant. As a Packaging Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment, ensuring that our products are packaged efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment, including filling machines, cartoners, and palletizers
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment
• Collaborate with production team members to resolve issues and improve processes
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical controls
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with packaging equipment and automation systems
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and testing methods
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
