Team Leader Sales & Account Management Cagliari (all genders)

We are seeking a Team Leader for our Sales & Account Management team in Cagliari. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales and account management team, growing our vacation rental portfolio in the region, and building long-term relationships with hosts.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve ambitious targets by managing a high-performing sales and account management team
• Grow our vacation rental portfolio in the region, acquire new hosts, and build long-term relationships
• Train and coach your team, fostering team spirit through motivational initiatives
• Manage and optimize our existing portfolio of accounts, taking personal responsibility for our largest customers
• Continue building and strengthening the Holidu brand presence in your area
• Work together with the Head of Sales & Account Management to improve our product, streamline procedures, and create best practices
• Regularly go on customer visits with your team members

Requirements:

• Seller personality with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Successful track record in sales and/or account management with proven experience in achieving and overachieving targets
• Natural leadership skills with a keen ability to mentor, coach, and motivate team members
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Hungry but humble personality, setting yourself ambitious targets while always trying to improve
• Previous experience in recruiting and managing best-in-class talent is a plus
• Previous experience in a fast-growing, e-commerce, tech, and/or travel company is a plus
• Near-native Italian and fluent English skills
