Are you looking for the best job for university students? As a Student Marketeter, you will create and implement brilliant sales and marketing projects to strengthen the Red Bull brand and product consumption within the student community and beyond. You will be responsible for representing the Red Bull brand and product at your university and in your territory, identifying new consumers, conquering university students, increasing sales and visibility of the brand at universities, and ensuring direct contact with potential consumers and clients through product testing and collaboration during Red Bull events. The role requires a dynamic individual who enjoys working in a creative environment and has a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
Responsibilities:
- Be a brand and product ambassador, living the values of the brand and company, and representing them through continuous interaction with consumers and clients.
- Increase consumer numbers through product tasting and knowledge of Red Bull, by implementing sampling activities in the right place and at the right time, responding competently to any consumer queries.
- Plan and execute an innovative action plan within universities that engages students and highlights the brand.
- Establish a strong network, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the sector.
- Bring the Red Bull world to your social channels with authentic and genuine content.
- Collaborate with Red Bull events to ensure consumers have an unforgettable experience.
- Excel in execution, striving for excellence and attention to detail in every aspect of your work, sharing ideas and collaborating with your team through regular face-to-face and online meetings.
- Manage your work through an online platform, respecting deadlines and being accurate.
- Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media business through local trend analysis and identifying new opportunities.
- Create a relationship with zone sales accounts and ensure Red Bull is available and visible in retail outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new retail points within and outside your university.
- Utilise all Red Bull assets to put the brand in the spotlight in retail outlets.
- Ensure perfect execution of required standards in retail outlets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, with a charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality, being sociable with a natural ability to interact with people from different backgrounds in various situations.
- Immersed in university life, with a deep understanding of the university, city, and area, including extracurricular activities.
- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, able to manage studies and a part-time job, and be available to work some evenings or weekends.
- Desire to acquire new skills, especially in marketing and sales.
- Being passionate about the Red Bull brand and product.
- Being a university student.
- Knowledge of the English language.
