Job Title: Waiter

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team on board our luxury cruise ships. As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure smooth service delivery

Requirements:

• At least one year of full-time working experience in a four or five-star hotel or restaurant
• Restaurant experience combined with good attitude, willingness to learn, good presentation, and English language skills
• Previous experience on another cruise line is preferred
