By joining our team as a Demi Chef de Partie Pastry, you will be responsible for executing production in the Pastry area and stations according to company recipes and presentation, as directed by the Executive Pastry & Bakery Chef or Chef de Partie Pastry.
Key responsibilities include practicing batch cooking and preparation, supervising and mentoring Commis Pastry, maintaining assigned section recipe files, and ensuring compliance with public health standards.
