Sales and Artistry Coordinator - San Francisco & East Bay

We are seeking a Sales and Artistry Coordinator to represent Charlotte Tilbury Beauty in the San Francisco and East Bay area.

The Sales and Artistry Coordinator is responsible for driving sales, education, and artistry for a large multi-retailer territory, achieving optimal financial results, and ensuring superior customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Driving financial results in-store to meet and exceed sales plan
• Determining individual and team sales targets
• Identifying and executing key eventing opportunities
• Inspiring and motivating retail teams to drive sales
• Analyzing business performance and suggesting improvement opportunities
• Providing exceptional customer service and promoting the Charlotte Tilbury brand
• Developing and maintaining relationships with retail partners
• Managing inventory levels, scheduling, and store expenses

Requirements:

• 2+ years of beauty industry experience
• 2+ years of beauty retail management experience
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Strong communication and influencing skills
• Ability to create sales strategies and achieve sales plans
• Experience in developing winning teams

Benefits:
