Cleaning Operative

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at Babcock Ashton House, Ashton Vale Road, Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out cleaning duties to a high standard, ensuring that all work is strictly in accordance with BICSc standards and ABM's Health and Safety procedures.

The role will include a variety of tasks, such as:

• Maintaining a clean and smart appearance, wearing the company uniform at all times
• Ensuring that all cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with BICSc standards
• Following ABM's Health and Safety procedures and demonstrating a commitment to personal responsibility for health and safety
• Interacting with the public in a professional manner and offering assistance where necessary
• Carrying out cleaning duties as directed by the team leader and suggesting improvements to working practices
• Working in a proactive manner to support and assist colleagues
• Undertaking ad hoc duties as required
