Role Details
As (Senior) Manager in Identity & Access Management, you will be responsible for complex customer projects in the Cybersecurity field. You will lead interdisciplinary project teams, advise customers on the implementation of secure and efficient Identity and Access Management solutions, and drive the development of our Identity and Access Management service portfolio. You will combine technical expertise, strategic thinking, and economic understanding.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategic development and positioning of our Identity and Access Management service portfolio
- Leadership and management of complex customer projects in the Identity and Access Management field
- Analysis of customer requirements and development of tailored, sustainable security and solution concepts
- Design and implementation of scalable architectures for Identity and Access Management, taking into account regulatory and organisational framework conditions
- Professional leadership, coaching, and development of team members
- Close cooperation with management, departments, and IT organisations on the customer side
- Ensuring compliance with relevant security standards, norms, and regulatory requirements
- Identification of risks in Identity and Access Management and development of measures to minimise risks
- Active participation in the development of methods, standards, and consulting approaches in the Cybersecurity field
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in leading and implementing complex projects in the Identity and Access Management field
- Very good technical understanding of identity management, access controls, central authentication procedures, and strong authentication
- In-depth knowledge of at least one product:
One Identity, Open Text / Micro Focus / NetIQ, empowerID, Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, ForgeRock, Savyint, Omada or comparable manufacturers in the Identity & Access Management field
- Experience in working with regulatory requirements and security standards: ISO 27001, NIST, DSGVO
- Ability to align security requirements with economic and organisational goals
- Strong communication and consulting skills at management level
- Very good leadership qualities and experience in developing and motivating teams
- Structured, solution-oriented, and responsible working style
Qualifications
- Several years of project experience in the Identity & Access Management field
- Technical certifications in the Identity and Access Management field are an advantage:
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
- Cloud certifications are an advantage:
Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services or Google Cloud Platform
- Project experience in regulated industries (e.g. banks or insurance companies) is an advantage
- Comparable certifications are an advantage
