Description

At Ford Motor Company, we're seeking a Product Manager - SCM Analytics to lead the deployment of software solutions for Supply Chain Management Analytics. This role will apply AI/ML technologies, such as Python, TensorFlow, Pandas, Numpy, and Keras, to improve supplier collaboration outcomes and process automation. The successful candidate will manage and refine SCM Analytics delivery systems and release processes across multiple environments. They will establish and sustain long-term processes and procedures for Agile - Product Development, System of Delivery (SoD), and product management. Collaboration with Integration, Product, Business, and Technology teams is essential to design and launch analytics dashboards using various tools. The Product Manager will manage and prioritize the backlog on an ongoing basis to facilitate continuous dashboard updates. Utilizing BigQuery on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for long-term management of internal data systems, employing SQL for analytical insights, is also required. Additionally, utilizing JQL within Jira for ongoing advanced querying and reporting, enhancing project tracking and management effectiveness, is necessary. The Product Manager will work with the Capacity and Quality Control, Material Fulfilment and Value Stream Mapping teams in implementing reporting to monitor Supplier Capacity measures, enhancing product and process quality. Furthermore, they will work with the Sustainability, Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA) and Case Management teams to ensure compliance and timely case resolution.
